Welcome to The Columbus Foundation's general online scholarship application!
The deadline for many scholarships is March 1, 2021; however, there are several rolling deadlines for additional scholarships. For information on each scholarship, please go to The Columbus Foundation's website to search for more information!
Here's what you will need to prepare:
- Essay: one page that describes your major or course of study and what receiving a scholarship would mean to you.
- Resume: Include your community service, extracurricular activities, work, volunteer experience, and any other community engagement that you feel will help selection committees make their decision.
- Email Address for Two Recommenders: Include one academic/faculty recommendation and one from a work or volunteer supervisor, coach, or other community-related contact who knows you well (family and friends are not acceptable). The system will send them an email.
- Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA: finish your FAFSA form and when it's ready, create a .pdf of your SAR to be uploaded to the system.
